Do you charge the venue owner to install a machine?

No we do not. This is a free service. ISD Vending Group supplies, installs and manages the machine at no upfront cost to the venue. Site suitability is assessed prior to installation.

Who handles restocking and servicing?

ISD Vending Group manages all stocking, maintenance, servicing, and support. Venue owners are not required to manage stock or deal with machine issues.

What payment options do the machines support?

Our machines can support cash and cashless payments, including tap & pay via Nayax.

What types of locations are suitable?

Vending and amusiment machines perform best in locations with regular foot traffic such as shopping centres, workplaces, gyms, laundromats, salons, offices ect.

How often are machines restocked?

Restocking schedules are based on site demand and performance. High-traffic locations are serviced more frequently to ensure stock availability.

What happens if a machine stops working?

Machines are monitored and serviced as required. If a fault occurs, ISD Vending Group will arrange support and repairs as quickly as possible. We run everything through an app that alerts us throughout the day regarding any faults.

Can the product range be customised?

Yes. Product selection can be adjusted based on the venue environment and customer preferences, including healthier options where appropriate.

Do you provide claw machines with themed toys?

Yes. We can supply claw machines with themed toy options and rotate stock to keep the machine fresh and appealing.
